Putrajaya Enlists Homosexual Symptoms

Holler! This is the most decent and less intriguing title I could think of.

I have been living in Malaysia as an expatriate for almost 2 years now. I have seen how Kuala Lumpur is very open to modern change and that includes the social norm of having LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community especially in the main streets of the city. But this does not mean that it is actually legal to be like us, especially those who are bounded to Shariah Law.

According to alternative news site Malaysiakini, these guidelines were launched in a seminar in Penang yesterday by Yayasan Guru Malaysia Bhd and Putrajaya Consultative Council of Parents and Teachers Association.

The guidelines list four symptoms each of gays and lesbians:

[toggle_framed title=”Symptoms of gays:”]Have a muscular body and like to show their body by wearing V-neck and sleeveless clothes;
Prefer tight and light-coloured clothes;
Attracted to men; and
Like to bring big handbags, similar to those used by women, when hanging out.[/toggle_framed]

[toggle_framed title=”Symptoms of lesbians:”]Attracted to women;
Besides their female companions, they will distance themselves from other women;
Like to hang out, have meals and sleep in the company of women; and
Have no affection for men.[/toggle_framed]

The world knows that the former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was charged of sodomy a few years back, yet he was freed after 6 six years. Being endorsed by the Ministry of Education of Malaysia just practically means that the education representatives are teaching hate to the young people – to discriminate.

[blockquote align=”center” cite=”Pang Khee Teik, Seksualiti Merdeka co-founder” citeLink=”http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/nation/2012/09/13/govt-endorses-guide-on-how-to-spot-gays/”%5DIt must stop this inhuman campaign against vulnerable children. It should teach all children to be confident and to respect each other no matter who they are.[/blockquote]

Science, particularly, Psychology, has changed its side that homosexuality is not considered a disease but rather a normal behavioural pattern and another variation gender sexuality since 1970s. Touch based on religion, particularly, Islam, that it is considered as an enemy.

I wonder what would be the response of ASEAN Human Rights Mechanism and Human Rights Watch on this.

Question, how did they come up with such criteria? Who were the consultants? HA HA HA!

Fitness First Hardcore

Fitness First Hardcore

This quarter, Fitness First Asia released a new exercise program that targets your core muscles within 30 minutes – Hardcore. I was intrigued when I first saw the class in motion while I was outside the GX studio and so I had to try it.

The first 7 minutes of the class includes 2 groups of 4 sets of cardio and plyometrics. 4 minutes separated by a 60-second activity of each movement. Then, after a 30-second break, the 2nd group of exercise kicks in. This will raise your heart rate almost near to 90% of your VO2 Max or your maximum heart rate. Spiking up the heart rate in less than 2 minutes and maintaining your 90% will definitely keep your core temperature prepared for the next phase.

Another 2 groups of 4 sets of abdominal workout are introduced on the latter phase. This may include burpees, planks or crunches. I find myself sweating more on this phase because I have a very weak core and have been training on cardiovascular exercises for years already.

In a span of two weeks of doing the program of at least 2-3x a week, this helped me lower down my body fat percentage by 1%! I would consider this a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as the specification of raising the heart rate near to the max then performing anaerobic exercises would perfectly for HIIT.

OK fine, I am very technical here. Let us just consider this as a very effective circuit training that targets your core zone.

Make sure you check out the timetable so you can experience the pain and joy of Hardcore! Surely, you will not be disappointed on the result it will bring. Seriously, I am looking forward for more sessions of doing this.
